Refunds and Cancellations

We know life happens and parties cant always be held when planned. We have a compresive refund and cancellation policy as described below


Refunds

Nerf parties carry a R500 non refundable deposit and Inflatable hire, a 50% (partially refundable) booking deposit which is offset against the total value of the party or event. If an Inflatable item party / event is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the event date, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded. 

 

Cancellations made within the week of the Inflatable rental sees the deposit forfeited.


Player cancellations

Customers receive their final invoice once RSVP's are in. SpyKids issues the final invoice between 48 and 72 hours prior to the party. If a player cancellation comes in prior to invoice being settled, then the invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

 

Where the invoice has been settled and player cancellations are communicated to us: 

  1. 50% of the player fee will be refunded up to the day before the party
  2. 25% of the player fee will be refunded if cancellations are communicated on the day of the party

These are needed to be levied, as we have already mobilised our team members and provisioned equipment for the parties.
