Each party starts with a basic safety and NERF / X-Shot 101 session whereby all participants will be briefed on the rules of play, participant responsibilities and operation of the blasters. Safety glasses will be issued and are to be worn at all times during play.

Parents are welcome to participate in War Games as referees and safety officers. Safety glasses will be made available.

• We do not play on sandy surfaces. Grass, astro or paved areas are preferable
• Though not a dangerous activity, there are always dangers associated with action games and therefore it is important for participants to complete the safety briefing before participating in any of the activities and listen to the Hosts'  instructions at all time.
• It is important that you make us aware of any medical condition that you might have.  It is also your responsibility to check with your medical doctor whether you are able to participate in Foam dart war activities should you have a medical condition - you will be running... a lot!
• Whilst at a venue, you are responsible for looking after your own children and possessions. SpyKids will not be held liable for loss or theft of any personal possessions. 
• Minimum age for participants is 5 years old.
